Right of withdrawal

You can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days in writing (e.g., letter, fax, e-mail) without stating any reasons. The
deadline shall commence following receipt of this notification in text form, but not prior to conclusion of the agreement and also
not before fulfillment of my obligation to inform according to art. 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 par. 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as my
duties according § 312e Abs. 1 Satz 1 BGB in connection with art. 246 § 3 EGBGB. Timely dispatch of revocation shall suffice to meet
the revocation deadline. The cancelation is to be addressed to:

Consequences of cancelation
In the case of an effective revocation the mutually received benefits are to be returned and if so derived profits are to be returned. If
you cannot return the performance received to me, in part or in whole, or if you can only return it in an aggravated condition, you
are required to offer compensation of equal value. This may result in you having to satisfy the contractual payment obligations for
the period up until revocation nevertheless. The obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, the
time limit begins when you send your cancelation and for me upon the receipt thereof.
Special notes
Your right of revocation will be canceled prematurely if the contract has been fulfilled completely at your express wish, before you
exercised your right of revocation.

CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION(GTC)

Please bear in mind that the registration and participation is based on my conditions for registration and participation:
I can offer both, group seminars and private sessions.

1 . (Group- ) Seminars

1 .1 . The committal registration on the registration form must be filled out online. There, you also find the fee of each course,
which includes the deposit and value-added tax named separately. After selecting the course and entering your data, all the data is
shown again for approval and corrections if necessary and has to be confirmed. You will receive an automatic acknowledgement via
e-mail. The contract is legally concluded from my side by sending the invoice in a pdf format via e-mail. This completes the
registration. The deposit is the consideration for being added to the list of participants as your order. The deposit is due together
with the registration. The complete fee is due 2 weeks before the course takes place.

1 .2. If the chosen course has already been fully booked, you will immediately be informed. If you register for a fully booked course,
you will automatically be put on a waiting list. If a place becomes available at a later point in time, you will be informed via e-mail and
you can register bindingly.
1 .3. If the course needs to be canceled from my side, it goes without saying that the course fee including the deposit will be paid
back to you. No further claims can be asserted. Course dates and/or locations may vary tolerably.
1 .4. If you withdraw from your registration more than 2 weeks before the course starts, you will get the course fee paid back
excluding the deposit. If you withdraw from your registration at a later point, 50 % of the fee plus the deposit are due. No refunds
will be given, if you withdraw your registration 7 days before the course starts, the withdrawal has to be declared in a written form.
1 .5. If you decide not to participate or to complete a course, the fee will not be paid back. In this case, the completion of the
course can neither be confirmed nor certified. A graduation of the course is based on the full participation.
1 .6. Your participation in the seminar does not entitle you to work with medicine which is reserved for alternative non-medical
practitioners and medical practitioners.
1 .7. Some courses are also suitable for children (accompanied by one of their parents, where appropriate). In the case of a minor, a
parents’ express written consent is a prerequisite for the participation in the course.
1 .8. All participants are requested to keep all statements made during the course confidential against third parties. No warranty
can be given on this though. The behavior towards other participants and the course leaders shall always be fair and polite.

2. Sessions

2.1. Appointments for sessions are time slots individually reserved for you. Contact requests for a session are done via the form
on my website. Individual agreement on appointments and rates is done via e-mail or phone. Please note that any appointments
canceled less than 48 hours before the booked time will be charged. I commit to not divulge any internal statements of my clients
and to treat personal data confidentially.
2.2. I request a parents’ express written consent for a session with a child not accompanied by one parent.
3. A course or a session is not a medical treatment. The participation is not intended as a replacement for any medical or nonmedical
treatment. Current medical treatments should not be interrupted or postponed and future medical treatments should not
be avoided or postponed. It is within your responsibility to make such decisions.
4. Please let me know before a course or a session if you are in a current medical treatment. Hereby, you will indemnify and hold
me harmless from any liability claims. There is no liability to recourse. This shall not apply to intentional or grossly negligent
damage caused by me or human injury or loss of life.
5. I can not accept any responsibility or be held liable for the participants' expectations on a course or a session.
6. Subsidiary agreements are to be agreed to in writing by the partners to the contract; this also applies to deviations from the
written form requirement.

7. Da ta protection/use and transfer of personal data

The personal data is used for booking and organization by Sabine Wenz. The personal data of course participants will be
transferred to the Institut THInK to be registered as a practitioner. THInK will send you your account data via e-mail after the first
registration. This e-mail is written in English. If you need assistance, please contact me. Please give me your e-mail address when
registration for the Basic DNA course with which you want to be registered. For all of the other courses, I need your e-mail address
with which you are already registered at the Institute THInK. This will prevent confusion.
8. The contract concluded with me is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany only. For agreements involving foreign
countries, the legal venue for any and all disputes arising from the contracts shall be Ludwigshafen.
